excellent stay in a prime location
helpful stafffriendly servicegood breakfastspacious room
the reception staff offered helpful and friendly service. they gave me nice recommendations for nearby bars (i tried two!). breakfast was also good. the room was clean and spacious.

the staff were kind. that was acceptable i guess.
The room i got was a bit of a letdown, especially since i paid for a premium view. it was really small, nothing like the pictures online. the water pressure in the shower was awful too. It barely trickled out.

i requested a quiet room and received one away from the elevator. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room had a small refrigerator to store drinks and snacks. i found complimentary water bottles replenished daily.

the superior double room i stayed in featured soundproof windows that effectively blocked street noise. there was ample wardrobe space with several hangers. the climate control system maintained a consistent temperature and worked well.

The room was supremely clean. It was cleaned and towels were changed twice each day. i had a great view of landmarks from my room. I booked a room with a view. breakfast was amazing and provided ample options for food and drink!!!

The room's temperature was difficult to adjust. I could not get it to a comfortable level. The bar remained closed . I had hoped to use it.

the location was convenient. i could easily walk to many sights within 30 minutes. the staff helped me order a taxi. the breakfast had various choices. the fresh orange juice was particularly good.
the corridor to my room did not have the most cute atmosphere.
